The Mission:
To ensure high-level Accounting/ Finance operations delivery and consultancy for business management for the internal clients

Responsible for the overall management of the reporting and the financial reconciliation under US GAAP and the local accounting standards
Preparation of the reconciled balance sheet by gathering information from the AP/ AR function in the company,
In charge of the intercompany accounts, the cost and revenue accruals for an accounting period and other management reports
Cash-flow management and forecasting for funding/ investment projects
Ensuring the tax compliance and returns, the tax declaration to state authorities and tax provision for each accounting period
Managing the fixed assets and reviewing the overall payroll of the company
Following the Sox and statutory requirements for reporting, working with auditors and tax advisors
Managing an accounting team


Requirements:
At least 6 years experience on a senior accounting/ financial role in an international organization and/ or senior level consulting experience
Related educational background/ professional qualification will be strong plus
Knowledge and experience with the US GAAP and the national accounting standards
Previous experience with tax return and advisory
Strong problem-solving skills and having a “helicopter perspective”
Fluent English + German/ French or Dutch
