Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting in our Varna office for the following position:

Property Tax Specialist

Role includes:

> Filing Tax returns (Individual and Company returns) for non-residents in connection with Bulgarian property investments;
> Overseeing Tax Filing Team;
> Assist in development of Tax Service : develop & expand our Tax services offered for Bulgarian property clients;
> Provision of tax advice to Developers/Selling agents ie how to minimise property taxes;
> Preparation of Pre-Purchase Tax advice reports for other tax countries eg Bulgaria, Germany, France, Spain and more. Full training on international tax requirements will be provided.
> Manage and develop our Mortgage Broking service;
> Good written english is essential;
> If candidate has german/other language, while not a necessity it would be an advantage.


Ideal candidate will have:

> A tax or accounting qualification or equivalent degree;
> Minimum of 1-2 years experience in tax filing/compliance;
> Good written and spoken english.
